Project Manager

Manage large scale projects that require coordination with multiple cross-functional teams.
Manager projects from planning, development, execution, and post-execution.
Track and escalate issues to the appropriate team members.
Work with internal leadership on utilizing and creating helpful tools.
Own and manage projects and provide communication to appropriate management at Elevate and to the client on project status.
Attend meetings as necessary.

Project Lead

Manage smaller projects with coordination with management and client.
Perform hands-on training with technicians when needed.
Ability to speak to small groups of technicians and lead on specifics of a project.
Escalate issues to client as needed.
Ability to walk the project after completion with the client for quality check and approval.
Attend meetings as necessary.

Relocation Technician

Training will be provided in disconnect/reconnect techniques, procedure and process, and equipment use.
Perform asset inventories as requested by clients
Perform the disconnect functions as explained by the Project Lead or Project Manager to prepare the computers and peripherals for relocation by the moving company. This will include completing all forms, labeling, bagging, and QA inspection as assigned.
Reconnect functions at the new location after everything has arrived and has been accounted for.
Ability to work weekends and evenings in a variety of locations in the Bay Area.
Disconnect, Un-rack, Re-rack, Reconnect servers based on the agreed upon plan.
